Client Background
The Carol Hannah bridal collection has been received with rave reviews from the press and real brides alike. Known for whimsical gowns with fluid movement and unique detailing, the line is shown yearly in NYC. In 2009, she participated in the reality show Project Runway and received the third place prize.

Carol Hannah approached me with what has become a common problem for small business owners. I have this old site, I can't update it, I need something that I can grow with. Luckily with the recent rise of integrated website builders, I had the perfect solution to her problem. Squarespace. I had been working on a few other small Squarespace projects, so I knew the in's and out's of the software. After meeting with Carol in her Manhattan studio, I created a list of must haves for her new website. I then found a template on Squarespace and using CSS customized the site to meet all of her needs.

Training / Results

The results were a website as slick and beautiful as the products it was designed to promote. Upon completing the site I stopped by Carol's studio and gave a quick Squarespace 101 to Carol and her head of marketing. I also sent over a Squarespace cheat sheet I made with common questions and design basics. Carol's team took to using the site editor almost right away and started growing their store, adding to the functionality of the blog and incorporating new features to the home page, such as pop up notifications.
